Hello I would like to take this moment to introduce myself. My name is Jacqueline Campbell and Bytetoeat Bakeology is my Company that I have spent few years making as it has been my dream since 2011 to create a business I can be proud of. 

I started to speak to Business gateway back in 2011 to make sure I was heading in the right direction. They advised me that I would need to get the relevant qualifications. I also did different business course to gain the knowledge how to set up my business social media pages and other workshops that they offer. 
Bytetoeat Bakeology is a home bakery where I make all different types of baked goods and handmade concessionary items. We cater to all peoples needs and have products for vegans, gluten-free, dairy-free and some sugar free for all you diabetics out there we have you covered.


My background has always been involved in cooking, especially baking ever since I was a child. I qualified as chef and realising I love making Deserts, sweets and all things nice. so, started on a path to become a Pastry Chef at Edinburgh College and continuing my education to completing my HND in Hospitality management to be the best when we open, whilst working part time or full time during my college days, to be able to make my dream come to life. 

We also Hope to do workshops for people who want to learn how to cook or bake and we will run these throughout the year so keep an eye open for one for these workshops. With step by step guides, Recipes and videos to be able to do it at home so that you can bake with your children if you have any or just as a hobby.
